Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jasmin Style! Each product you order is made just for you. Because our items are print-on-demand, our shipping process works a bit differently than traditional retail — and we want to keep you fully informed every step of the way.
Order Processing Time
Made-to-Order Production: All items are created after your order is placed. Production time typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the product and design complexity.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We offer worldwide shipping! Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, delivery typically takes between 8 to 18 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your region, customs processing, and local carrier delays. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey right to your door.
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package anytime using the link in the email.
If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at jasminstyle2022@gmail.com.
Delays or Lost Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, please understand that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, natural disasters, customs hold-ups).
If your order seems delayed or lost:
- Double-check your tracking number.
- Reach out to your local postal service.
- Still need help? Contact us and we’ll investigate it for you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
- Jasmin Style is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error in your shipping info, contact us immediately at jasminstyle2022@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t gone into production or shipping yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
