About Our Products

Q: Are your products made to order?

Yes! Every item at Jasmin Style is made just for you after your order is placed. This includes apparel, shoes, home décor, and personalized gifts. We don’t keep stock — it’s custom every time.

Q: Can I customize my order with a photo or name?

Absolutely. You can upload your own image, add custom text, or personalize names depending on the product. Just follow the design steps on the product page.

⏱️ Orders & Processing

Q: How long does it take to make my order?

Production usually takes 2–4 business days depending on the item and the complexity of the design.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We allow changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may have already gone into production. Email us as soon as possible at jasminstyle2022@gmail.com if you need help.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 8 to 18 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Q: How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Q: What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package seems lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve it quickly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure local payment methods depending on your region.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed using encrypted, secure checkout technology. We never store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for personal preference, wrong size, or design errors provided by the customer.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
