Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Removal of Infringing Content

Notify the user who posted the content, giving them a chance to respond with a counter-notice

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice that must include:

Identification of the removed material and its original location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your area and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA complaint.
