At Jasmin Style, your satisfaction matters to us. Since every product is custom-made to order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently from traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Orders

All of our products are made just for you, based on the design, size, and personalization you select. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Typos or mistakes in custom text submitted by the customer
  • Uploaded images/designs submitted in low quality

Please double-check all order details before submitting your purchase.

Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re committed to delivering quality products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design from what you ordered)
  • Poorly printed or visibly flawed

We’ll make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at jasminstyle2022@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly to keep delivery times fast:

  • You may cancel or change your order only within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, we may not be able to stop the printing process.

If you need to make changes, email us as soon as possible at jasminstyle2022@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll help track it and may offer a replacement depending on the shipping carrier’s status.
